The Spirit Ball is made of especially thick, soft material with a neutral odour. The product was developed for TOGU by Dr Lucia Schmidt - specifically for body awareness moments and to relieve pelvic floor stress. Can be used as a neutral-odour alternative. Material is foamed PVC. Surface is soft but robust with a plastic closure for quickly inflating and deflating.
